Born in 1968, Chugali Sahoo, received a Masters in Fine Art from AICHI Prefectual University of Fine Arts and Music, Japan as well as College of Art, New Delhi. He has participated in several group shows and a solo show in Japan. He was awarded at the 63^rd National Exhibition of Art 2023, Lalit Kala Academy, New Delhi. The artist lives and works in Delhi and Orissa.
