Born 1964 in Patna, Neeraj Goswami received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Fine Arts from the Delhi School of Art. He has participated in several prestigious art camps, groups shows and solo exhibitions in India, and also in Paris, London and New York. He was awarded the Bharat Bhavan Award at the Second Biennial of Contemporary Indian Art and the Latika Kala Research Grant Fellowship. His work is held in numerous public and private collections in Indian and abroad. He is best known for his technique of using oils to achieve a translucent luminosity which gives his paintings brilliance and vibrancy. The artist lives and works in Delhi.
